What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?
Some rooms can fit up to 4 people.
What is the price for a third/fourth bed?
For a third/fourth bed for an adult we apply a discount on the price per person.
Is it possible to book a double room for 1 person?
Yes, it's possible. The price of a double room for one person will be the price per person plus a surcharge of 17,00 per day.
Do you have any baby cot available?
Baby cots are available upon request. Cots for babies under 3 years will have a 10Euro per day surcharge.
Do you have any disabled rooms?
Yes, only double rooms, they are totally accessible as well as the rest of the hotel and all our services.
The online price includes breakfast?
Usually all the prices are in Euros with breakfast included and excluding tassa di soggiorno.
Can I pay with credit card upon departure?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Card.
Can I pay with a cheque?
This needs to be notified upon arrival, the management will reserve the right to accept it or not.
What if I change my mind and I want to cancel my booking?
Cancellation policy: All the booking made directly with Hotel Kennedy can be cancelled with no penalties within 48 ours from the arrival. After that, the penalty will be the price of the first night.These conditions are not applicable to special promotions and to the prices for half board and full board, for those we require the 30% of deposit to be paid in advance. These conditions are also not applicable to bookings made through third parties (agencies, tour operator etc) for those you should visit the terms and conditions of that specific contract.
Special offers have different cancellation policies?
Bookings made using our special fare WEB o Not Refundable cannot be cancelled or modified. Using the special fare, once made the booking, we will charge the total amount of your stay on the credit card provided.
For other special offers please take in consideration the cancellation policy stated in the promotion used.
In case of unespected early departure do I have to pay the total amount of the stay?
In case of early departure we require the payment of 3 days of only bed use from our prices.
Do you have a parking?
Yes, we have 10 parking spaces inside the courtyard, they are subject to charges and subject to availability.
