• What are the check-in and check-out times?
  Check-in guaranteed from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival
  Check-out before 10:00 am on the day of departure
  
• What is the maximum number of persons that can stay in one room?
  Some of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons.
  
• What is the cost for a third bed?
  There is 20% reduction in the per-person price for a third bed.
  
• Can a double room be booked for individual use?
  Yes. The cost of a double room for single occupancy is the same as the per-person price plus a single-use supplement of €15.00 per day.
  
• Are cradles available for babies?
  Cradles are available on request. Cradles for children under 3 are charged a supplement of €10.00 per day.
  
• Are rooms available for disabled persons?
  Yes, there are completely accessible rooms for disabled guests and we ensure the full accessibility of the Hotel and all its services.
  
• Does the online price include breakfast?
  Not always, for maximum savings we also have some very convenient rates that do not include breakfast. Normally, all the prices are shown in Euros and include taxes and a buffet breakfast.
  
• Will I have to pay other taxes?
  No, all taxes are included
  
• Perhaps I can find a better price on an intermediary website?
  With our WEB rate you will not find a lower rate on any other Internet site than that offered by the official Hotel Kennedy site, which is for the services of the COMFORT rooms.
  Since the offer is available for a limited number of rooms, it will be given to those who book first.
  Note the following conditions:
  • The “WEB” rate can only be booked on the www.hotelkennedy.com site
  • A deposit is required and is not refundable
  • Once bookings have been made they may not be changed
  • Once bookings have been made they may not be cancelled
  • In the event of overbooking, it will be covered by a similar class hotel
  I’d like to book on-line but I’m worried about the security of my credit card details.

• When I leave can I pay by credit card?
  Yes, we accept payments with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
  
• But if I change my mind and want to cancel the booking?
  Cancellation rules (cancellation policy)
  All bookings made directly with the Hotel Kennedy may be cancelled without any penalty up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After this deadline, there is a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay. These conditions do not apply to special offers, half-board and full board rates, for which a deposit of 20% of the total is required. This amount will be kept as a booking guarantee and returned for cancellations made up until 14 days before the arrival date. These conditions do not apply, however, to bookings made through intermediaries (agencies, tour operators etc.), for which you should refer to the contract conditions.
  
• Do special offers have different cancellation rules?
  Bookings made with our special WEB rate may not be cancelled or changed. With this rate, once the booking has been made, the entire amount for the stay will charged to the credit card specified in the booking form.
  For other special offers, please refer to the cancellation policy indicated in the promotion.
  
• In the event of early departure, will I have to pay for the entire stay?
  For departures earlier than the previously confirmed booking, payment for the cost of 3 days’ overnight stay at the listed price is required.
  
• What are the methods of payment for the 20% deposit?

• Is Internet access available?
  The hotel has WI-FI coverage in the common areas and the rooms. The connection is free for the first hour, after which there is a charge. There is a PC available, free of charge, for guests in the hall.
  
• What is the real distance to the beach?
  The Hotel Kennedy is less than 100 m from the beach, and is in a very central and peaceful location.
  
• Do all the rooms have balconies?
  Some of our rooms have external balconies, others have small, French-style balconies.
  
• Are pets allowed?
  Small animals; small dogs are accepted subject to booking (only in the rooms).
  
• Is there a bar in the hotel?
  Yes, we have a bar that is open from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm and from 6:30 pm to midnight. For guests availing of the "formula villaggio" (resort package) the consumption of coffee and soft-drinks is included in the price!
  
• Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
  Yes, from April until October, we have a family-managed restaurant serving specialties of Romagna, which is open from 12:30 to 2:00 pm and from 7:30 to 9:00 pm; booking is appreciated.
  
• Can tickets for amusement parks, museums, exhibitions and other kinds of events be booked through your staff?
  Yes, to avoid unnecessary queues, entrance tickets to the main amusement parks in the Riviera are certainly available at our reception, at reduced rates.
